Hi! I'm Gina Romero and
I never planned any of this
For over twenty years I built a career in Corporate America as a talent development expert and executive coach, with an advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
I was good at it. I never once imagined leaving it.
Then came marriage, and babies, and a home to run. Dinner for four, homework, the cat at the vet, and a career on top of it all. There were seasons I felt completely ill-equipped for the life I had once prayed for.
My generation was taught to get educated, land the career, and rise. And we did. But nobody taught us how to run a home while we were at it. Homemaking got a bad rap, and I do not think it deserved one.

In May 2025 the Holy Spirit put something on my heart, clear as day: write a book on timeless homemaking for modern Christian women.
I wrote it in about six weeks and found a publisher within ten business hours. Welcome Home: A Guide to Homemaking, From the Heart released that September, became a number one Amazon new release, and has since won two awards.
The podcast came next, and it has grown into Welcome Home International: books, courses, a TV show, a table collection, and a speaking ministry. Every bit of it still feels like an assignment, not just a business.
