It all begins at home.
Home is where life happens. It's where we gather around the table, welcome friends through the door, raise our children, nurture our marriages, celebrate traditions, walk through difficult seasons, and make memories that stay with us for a lifetime.
But in a world that often tells women they need to do more, have more, and be more, the beauty of home can easily become one more source of pressure.
Welcome Home by Gina exists to offer a different perspective.
We believe homemaking isn't about having a perfect house or doing everything yourself. It's about intentionally creating a home that reflects what, and who, you love.
Whether you're a stay-at-home homemaker, a working woman, a wife, a mother, single, newly married, or simply longing to create a more welcoming home, there is a place for you here.

Twenty years in Corporate America.
I have an advanced degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and I spent years working as a talent development expert and executive coach.
I was good at it. I was successful at it. I never once imagined leaving it to start something of my own.

And then came marriage, and babies, and a home to run.
One day I was planning my wedding and honeymoon.
Next, it felt like I was picking up after two kids, cooking dinner for four, taking the cat to the vet, supervising homework, and still working my career on top of it all.
There were seasons I felt completely ill-equipped for the life I had once prayed for.

It wasn't my fault. I was a product of my generation.
My generation was taught to get educated, land a career, and rise to professional success. And we did. But nobody taught us how to run a home while we were at it.
Cooking, cleaning, organization, hospitality; we've mostly had to figure it out alone.
Homemaking got a bad rap. And I don't think it deserved one.

MAY 4TH, 2025
The day it all started to shift.
I felt the Holy Spirit put something on my heart, clear as day: write a book on timeless homemaking for modern Christian women.
I'm not a writer by trade. I had no plan for this.
But God doesn't call the qualified. He qualifies the call.

Six weeks to write it. Ten business hours to find a publisher.
Welcome Home: A Guide to Homemaking, From the Heart released September 25th, 2025, became a number one Amazon new release, and has since won three awards.
None of that was the plan. All of it was Him.

Then the podcast, and a word: this is a ministry.
Four weeks after launch, we hit number nineteen on Apple Podcasts in China.
Since then, this has grown into Welcome Home International, a company built to serve wives and mamas through books, courses, a TV show, and so much more.
Every bit of it still feels like an assignment, not just a business.

What I didn't expect was how many women would say, me too.
So many of us were raised to be professionals, and we are. But somewhere along the way, our homes, our tables, our gardens, and our families got left to figure themselves out.
This has never been about being perfect at home. It's about finding peace, beauty, and purpose in it.
